Common amenities include:

a saltwater swimming pool, approximately 47.5 x 23.0 x 7.5 feet (14.5 x 7 x 2.3 m), which is refreshed daily; it is set in front of the Villa and is surrounded by a natural garden;

a barbeque;

a pide oven;

a large, long table that can accommodate all guests.
On the other side of the pool (belvedere) there is another table, ideal for... drinking and chit-chatting.
During the day, you can swim, sunbathe, read, gossip or simply enjoy a glass of wine, beer or tsipouro next to the swimming pool.
Going for a dip is far more pleasing when the sea is full of white horses or after a tiring jog, on the dirt-road adjacent to the surf.
If you're feeling lazy, simply sit back and enjoy some roasted lamb chops or chunks of roasted meat on a spit, locally known as souvlaki.
