Villa Anastasia is located on a privately owned 14,000m2 plot and consists of 4 apartments, approximately 55 m2 each: two (A1 and A2) ground-floor, single-bedroom apartments, with bathroom, kitchen, dining area and a huge integral lounge, where there are two settees, which convert to single beds (sleeps 2 to 4 persons); two (B1 and B2) first-floor, two-bedroom apartments, with bathroom, kitchen, dining area and a large integral lounge, where there are two settees, which convert to single beds (sleeps 2 to 4 persons); All apartments are large, cool and airy. They have: wardrobes and bedside tables (two-bedroom apartments have wardrobes in the double bedroom only); fans; anti-mosquito appliances. The kitchenettes are equipped with: fridge - freezer; kettle; 3-ring hob; table and chairs; knives, forks and kitchenware. The bathrooms have: shower hook; tray; curtain; WC Apartments are cleaned once a week, at which time bed linen are also changed. To enjoy original Greek food, you can drive to Katiyorgi, a fishing village located approximately 6.5 km (just over 4 miles) from Mourtias, where you can find a number of tavernas, as well as mini markets. The closest taverna, some 2.5 km (approx. 1.5 miles) from Villa Anastasia, is located in Lyri, a beach within walking distance from Mourtias.
